Comic: Whacky holiday specials
Here’s a special holiday treat for all fans of the
comic strip Whacky
– and judging by the popularity of previous posts about this kid that’s a lot
of readers.
For those new to him, Whacky was one of the most
prolific spanking strips to appear in British comics back in the day. He was in
Cor!!
which ran from 1970 to 1974 when it merged with another comic, Buster.
After the merger, publisher the International Publishing Corporation, continued to produce Cor!! holiday
specials for the summer season. Despite the fact that school was out for summer
that didn’t stop teacher Mr Thwackery from making Whacky’s
life a misery.
