Movie: Private Peaceful
Private Peaceful is an anti-war movie mostly set in the First World War, based on a novel by Michael Morpurgo. It follows two brothers Charlie and Tommo Peaceful
as they go off to war. This clip shows them at school in 1908 when after a
playground fight the inevitable happens.
The film is available on screening platforms, DVD and Blu-ray (there is also a remake of the film doing the rounds that does not include the school scene.)
