Comic: Smiffy

 

Smiffy (not to be confused with the character in the Beano’s Bash Street Kids) ran in the Beezer from 1967 for a couple of decades at least.

According to Denis Gifford in his Encyclopedia of Comic Characters, Smiffy was the scruffiest boy in his class and in his school.
