This case is perhaps better known for the decision by the boy's parents to allow newspapers to publish pics of the 13 year old boy's bruised bare buttocks in national newspapers. Apparently, two different pics published by two different newspapers. The pics then ended up in on corpun.com to demonstrate attitudes and approaches of the time.
