Book of the Month: The English Gentleman’s Child

gentleman when caned at an elite public school gains the admiration of his
fellows.

Douglas Sutherland in his 1979 book, The English Gentleman’s Child, a
kind of humorous guide to parenting.
Here’s a review of the book from a New
Zealand newspaper at the time of publication.
