Benefits of a ‘proper spanking’ discussed

 

The use of corporal punishment in schools became increasingly controversial during the 1970s, 80s and 90s. Many countries banned its use, but it continued to be supported throughout the United States. Here are a couple of articles on the subject from 1991.
