Fun with A.I.

I know some readers of this blog are experimenting with Artificial Intelligence (AI), so you might be interested in my recent attempt to come up with something at least half-interesting.

My previous attempts (see here) showed a little bit of promise, but my latest dalliance with Grok is an improvement.

I wanted an illustration for a fictional story I was writing about two 18-year-old schoolboys who were so excited by the adult role-play videos they saw online they decided to act out a few scenarios for themselves at home while the parents were at work.

For the illustration I started out with this screenshot from a Sting Pictures video. I can’t remember its title (after a while they all merge in my brain into one endlessly looping scene).

First I asked Grok to make the man with the cane an 18-year-old in school uniform. When it obliged, I got it to relocate the scene from a school study to a living room.

I wanted a modern-day suburban living room. And then I wanted the trousers off. Grok did this.

So far, so good. Then I asked it to take one of the still photographs and make 10-second videos.

The first two Grok gave me were bonkers, but you might want a laugh, so here they are.

After that I gave Grok a few words of encouragement, and it gave me these two.

Not so bad really ….
