Slightly Mixed, from Chuckles

 

Here’s a Billy Bunter story without Billy Bunter. That is to say, it features Harry Wharton and several familiar characters from Greyfriars, but not the Fat Owl himself.

It involves Skinner (a rather dubious character), cigarettes and the headmaster’s cane.

It was written by Frank Richards and published in a storypaper called Chuckles in 1914.
