Favourite TV Drama Clips: 9
Welcome back to my personal Top 20 favourite school CP scenes from TV drama. At Number 9 is a British comedy-drama first broadcast in
1992, The Life and Times of Henry Pratt.
Although much of the story
is played for humour the school does feel like it might be authentic,
especially since the headmaster A.B. Noon, B.A., is
such an eccentric.

Great clip from start to finish. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteOne of my favourites. Excellent script and a convincing caning for something minor.
ReplyDeleteI agree with the previous comments that it's an excellent scene not least because of the Catch 22 where the boy is either being caned for lying or as an example of how unfair the world can be delivered without any sense of irony as he administers a decent caning.
