Preacher shows how he paddled girls

 

The preacher displayed a paddle two feet long with holes near the end of it to a local school board in Ohio, United States. Schoolchildren in the audience chuckled. He said licks he delivered were light taps which were to humiliate rather than hurt the pupils. He showed the board how he had girls bend over the desk when he applied the paddle.
