Brother
Rat is a 1938 US comedy movie set at the Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, where three
good-natured troublemakers are trying to clean up
their act in the weeks leading up to graduation. Still, try as they might, they
cannot seem to stop breaking the rules.
This clip shows
a “hazing” where the new boy gets his rear-end swept with a broom.
And yes, that is president-to-be Ronald Reagan
trying to be an actor.
