the South African 1975 movie Forever Young,
Forever Free (also known as e’lollipop).
It is a set during the Apartheid era when it was unusual for black and white children to mix. Here two small boys are caned. The white boy goes first but when it is his turn the black boy has no trousers so his friend lends him his.
